The Parkes Chamber of Commerce is an organisation that comprises of local business people whose common goal is the prosperity and growth of the business sector of Parkes.
The Parkes Chamber of Commerce’s mission is:
- To support programs and events within the Parkes Shire that will lead to overall commerce growth in Parkes
- Generate funds and provide services for the promotion, education and training of business and industry to the mutual benefit of commerce and the community
- Liaise with Council and relevant committees for the improvement of our community.

With more than 18 years of experience, Geoff Rice is a fully licensed stock and station agent, real estate agent and auctioneer. After purchasing the business in 2004, his expertise and local knowledge has further strengthened Langlands Hanlon by offering unique and beneficial options for the community.

K&H Geotechnical Services Pty Ltd
After a number of years working for the RTA, John started K&H Geotechnical Services in 1993. K&H Geotechnical Services is a regionally based, client-focused company with three offices and NATA Accredited Laboratories nationally and one internationally.

Parkes Stationery & Office Supplies
Gregor took over ownership of Parkes Stationery & Office Furniture and has seen it emerge as the largest independent business to business provider of office products and business technology solutions in Australia.
Secretary
Belinda McCorkell
Belinda has been a resident of Parkes for the past 20 years currently works in the hospitality industry and is a business owner. She has two young children.
She is passionate about economic development and creating diverse opportunities for the communities of the Parkes Shire.
Publicity Officer
Wilbur Harris
Parkes Mensland
Wilbur took over the running of Parkes Mensland in 2011 and has been outfitting men of all ages for all of lifes scenarios since then. He was nominated for Parkes Citizen of the Year in 2015 for community involvement and is heavily involved in local sporting clubs.
